The Oklahoma State class of 2022 commit from Prestonwood Cristian Academy (TX) displayed a mature and potent approach in the box. The left-handed hitter showcased a compact and powerful swing and sprays balls to all fields. He also was effective on the mound. Legitimate two-way potential in this prospect.

Marucci Elite Texas 2024 Hill’s Keegan Demmer was raking this weekend. The uncommitted 2024 from Tomball (TX) made consistent hard contact to show his ability to hit for both average and power. The right-handed hitter can hit the ball to all fields situationally to manufacture runs. With solid performances behind the dish, he is a catching prospect to watch out for.

RC Bulldogs’ Brady Ebel was very effective at the plate this weekend. The uncommitted 2025 from Etiwanda (CA) conveyed his ability to jump on pitches for extra bases and was dangerous on the basepaths. The left-handed hitter gets great separation in his swing to barrel balls and has an excellent ability to hit balls where they’re pitched. Very good MIF prospect.

Canes IE 2023’s Collin Senior was on fire this weekend at the Five Tool Nevada WS Qualifier. The uncommitted 2023 from Horizon (AZ) showed off some great bat speed at the plate and ripped the ball all over the yard. The RHH has a short, compact swing and showed off great plate discipline. This is certainly a prospect to keep an eye on due to his ability to hit for a high average.

Tomateros de California’s Jaden Valenzuela had a very impressive weekend at the plate in the Five Tool Nevada WS Qualifier. The uncommitted 2025 from La Habra (CA) hit .667 with three extra-base hits and a whopping 10 RBI. The LHH really gets his hands through the zone and engages his lower half to provide some big-time pop for a 2025.

DFW Twins 17U Black’s Xander McAfee showed out at the Five Tool STX regional. The Wichita State commit from Southwest Christian (TX) showcased his raw power and ability to be a force on the basepaths. The RHH has a long, athletic frame that pairs well with his ability to drive the ball in the power alleys. This dude is someone to keep tabs on all summer as he has the chance to continue to impress on the summer showcase circuit.

Miguel Amason (USA Prime American)
USA Prime American’s Miguel Amason put together a great weekend at the dish and led the way for his team at the Five Tool Texas DFW Regional. The uncommitted 2022 from Hebron (TX) racked up an impressive 10 RBI as well as belting a grand slam on Saturday morning. The RHH looks to drive the ball the other way and really gets his lower half engaged to provide power. Amason is an intriguing prospect that will be fun to watch the rest of the summer and as he begins his senior season at Hebron.

The Alcorn State class of 2021 signee from New Braunfels (TX) flashed a nice pitch mix and ability to spot pitches on his way to a gem of an outing. The right-handed pitcher utilizes a deceptive over-the-top delivery to get the most out of his smaller frame. He is a college prospect to watch out for.

The right-handed pitcher was cool-headed and deliberate on his way to a no-hitter in his appearance. He is a quality pitching prospect.

RC Bulldogs’ Ryan Severns had a very solid outing on the hill this weekend. The uncommitted 2023 from Etiwanda (CA) displayed a nice fastball-breaking ball combo to get outs. The right-handed pitcher uses his lanky frame from a ¾ delivery to get good horizontal movement on the breaking ball and generate whiffs. He is a pitching prospect to watch.

Kyson Vacek (Fort Bend Texans 16U)
Fort Bend Texans 16U’s Kyson Vacek put together one of the best performances on the bump so far this summer at the Five Tool Texas Houston Regional. The uncommitted 2024 from Needvile (TX) diced up the opposition by inducing soft contact and dotting up the corners. The RHP showcased some strikeout stuff as he struck out the first seven hitters of the ballgame and kept hitters off balance all night long. As Vacek continues to mature and add velocity it will be worth keeping an eye on the 2024 prospect.

GPS Legends 16U J Elmore’s Kade Neuenschwander turned in a dominant performance on the rubber at the Five Tool Texas Houston Regional. The uncommitted 2023 from Liberty Hill (TX) filled up the zone and really looked the part with his pinpoint location. The RHP racked up swing and misses with an effective fastball that was tough for hitters to barrel up. Keep an eye on this one through the rest of the summer.

Hunter Hill (Prodigy Baseball 18U)
Prodigy Baseball 18U’s Hunter Hill was locked and loaded on Saturday morning at the Five Tool Texas Houston Regional. The uncommitted 2022 from Hardin Jefferson (TX) was unhittable in an absolute gem of a performance. The RHP sat in the low to mid-80s with his fastball and messed with hitter’s timing by throwing an effective breaking ball. Hill turned in one of the best pitching performances of the summer thus far and will be someone that jumps onto scout’s radars soon.

BLBA’s Alex Martinez came out firing from the get-go and tossed a no-hitter at the Five Tool Texas DFW Regional. The uncommitted 2023 from China Springs (TX) showcased some downright nasty stuff on the bump. The RHP worked his fastball up to 88 MPH and flashed a hammer curveball to put hitters away. Martinez is going to be a prospect to watch all summer long and over the course of the next year to see his velocity progress and control become even more precise. Lots to like from this dude.
